Acceptable Use Policy

The standards every Client and its users must follow when using the Blinker platform. This Policy is incorporated into the Master Services Agreement.

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) governs use of the Blinker platform and Services and is incorporated into the Master Services Agreement. Client is responsible for ensuring that its employees, agents, and subcontractors comply with this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Agreement.

1. General Standard

Client will use the Services only for its lawful, internal business purposes, in compliance with the Agreement, this Policy, and all applicable laws. Client is responsible for all activity that occurs under its accounts.

Client will not, and will not permit any user to:

3.1 Client will submit and process Consumer data only where it has a lawful basis and the necessary notices and consents, and only for the purposes permitted by the Agreement and the Data Processing Addendum.

3.2 Client will promptly honor Consumer opt-outs and privacy requests and will not use the Services to retain or re-contact Consumers who have opted out.

4. Security & Access

4.1 Client will keep credentials confidential, use strong authentication, grant access only to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis, and promptly deactivate access for anyone who no longer needs it.

4.2 Client will promptly notify Blinker at support@blinker.com of any suspected unauthorized access, account compromise, or security incident involving the Services.

5. Integrations & Third Parties

Client is responsible for any dialer, CRM, telephony, messaging, or other system it connects to the Services, and for the acts and omissions of its agents and subcontractors, as if they were Client's own.

6. Enforcement

Blinker may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove offending data, or take other action it deems appropriate, without liability, to protect the Services, Consumers, or third parties. Blinker will use reasonable efforts to notify Client where practicable, except in urgent cases. A violation of this Policy is a material breach of the Agreement.

7. Changes

Blinker may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
